7. Ducals Express is not responsible for merchant errors, wrong items shipped by sellers, missing items from suppliers, or damages occurring before packages arrive at our warehouse.

8. Customers must inspect packages upon collection. Claims for loss or damage must be reported within the company’s claim period.

9. Storage fees may apply to packages not collected within the allowed holding period.

10. All outstanding shipping charges, customs fees, storage fees, and service charges must be paid before package release.

11. Pickup locations, schedules, and delivery arrangements may be changed or updated when necessary.

12. Ducals Express reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, misuse, abusive behavior, or suspicious activity.
